SENECA is a system Notre Dame uses to enable students to study or revise the curriculum they are currently working on.

Students will be able to gain access to online learning by using the Seneca Website

Student account – students will be required to set up an account if they don’t already have one. Students can use their own personal email address or their school email address to set up their account.

Class teachers will give pupils a ‘class code’ to enable them to join a specific class.

In order to access this they need to login using their school email address. The password is the same as they use in school to log on to their computers in school.

If you have problems logging on to Office 365 please email passwordrequest@notredame.liverpool.sch.uk

User ID formats:

The email address for Year 7 pupils is their school ‘username@notredame.liverpool.sch.uk’, for example John Smith’s school ID would be smitj122.341 so his email address would be smitj122.341@notredame.liverpool.sch.uk

The email address for Year 8 pupils is their school ‘username@notredame.liverpool.sch.uk’, for example John Smith’s school ID would be smitj122.341 so his email address would be smitj122.341@notredame.liverpool.sch.uk

The email address for year 9 pupils is the first part of their school username, for example John Smith’s school ID would be smitj122.341, so to make his email address you simply remove the .341 and add the school details so his email address would be smitj122@notredame.liverpool.sch.uk

The email address for year 10 pupils is made from their old user ID from when they were in year 7 which was their surname, first initial of their first name and the year they joined. For example John Smith would be smithj16. So the email address would be smithj16@notredame.liverpool.sch.uk

The email address for year 11 pupils is made from their old user ID from when they were in year 8 which was their surname, first initial of their first name and the year they joined. For example John Smith would be smithj15. So the email address would be smithj15@notredame.liverpool.sch.uk

The email address for year 12 pupils is made from their old user ID from when they were in year 9 which was their surname, first initial of their first name and the year they joined. For example John Smith would be smithj14. So the email address would be smithj14@notredame.liverpool.sch.uk

The email address for year 13 pupils is made from their old user ID from when they were in year 10 which was their surname, first initial of their first name and the year they joined. For example John Smith would be smithj13. So the email address would be smithj13@notredame.liverpool.sch.uk
