Remembrance Service

On the 11th November, we gathered together for our annual Remembrance Service, to commemorate those killed in conflict. The service was led by students from all years and included poems and prayers. The service was started by our Head Girl and Boy, who had represented the college at the Remembrance Service at St George's Hall the previous day, laying a wreath on behalf of Notre Dame. The behaviour of students throughout was excellent and the silence was observed perfectly. Students also presented crossed to remember those killed in conflict which were inscribed with the details of local Liverpool soldiers killed in conflict.

Children in Need

Thank you to everybody who donated cakes and bought cakes in support of Children in Need today. Also special thanks to our staff who took part in the Bushtucker Trial, much to the delight of the students ! We raised an amazing £420.45 for Children in Need – Thank You Everybody!

Careers Fair

On Thursday 7th November we held our annual careers fair at Everton Park Sports Centre for students in years 8 to 13. Nearly 50 different employers, colleges, universities and training providers attended the event. Students were able to find out more about the range of educational and employment opportunities available in our area and further afield. As well as providing our students with information and advice, the event also enabled many of our older students to network with our employers regarding work experience opportunities. Thanks go to all the organisations who attended the event as well as to all our students who seemed to really enjoy the event.
